Grieving Supportive Care
Working with those who have lost someone they love, is something that I would consider an honor to be able to do. Losing someone we love is a very personal experience, as is the grief that comes with it. I come with compassion from having decades of clinical experience in a level I trauma center both in caring for those who passed, as well as with the families who were present. Through my 15 years in mental health, working with loss of life, but also with loss of what was or could have been. My personal experience in losing a parent at a young age, the result of chronic alcoholism and a mother, who lived with Alzheimer’s for over two decades prior to passing. I lost my husband and best friend to cancer, walking every step of the way with him during his 5-year cancer journey with our youngest daughter still in high school.
Grief is personal, and in some instances, it can be very complicated when the relationship, when living, was filled with turmoil. The mixed emotions, sometimes feeling safer having the other person gone, while grieving what might have been. I lost a brother, two years older than I, who fit this description. The confusion of grief, relief and guilt can feel overwhelming. Loss, of anyone or anything that is near and dear to our heart can result in a grieving process. I would be honored to help you with finding your pathway of your own grief journey.

Grieving Supportive Care: While this is done with a coaching lens, the focus is specific for those who are grieving a loss. It can be the loss of someone or something. It can be an ongoing and gradual loss, such as with an illness. It can also be the loss of part(s) of yourself; mentally, physically or emotionally. You are the definer of your own grief.
You may also purchase individual coaching hours at the coaching rate. The packages offer discounts from this rate.

You are not your diagnosis.
You are not your trauma.
You are not
your fear.
You are capable of transformation,
and I am here to help you remember how!
• Renewed confidence and personal agency.
• Emotional peace and clarity.
• Healthier lifestyle choices, sometimes reducing dependency on medications.
• The ability to communicate more clearly and make empowered decisions.
• Reconnection to purpose, creativity, and inner strength.
Benefits
• I am a seasoned health practitioner with decades of experience
in trauma, emergency care, mental health, and spiritual support.
• I bring a rare blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and intuitive coaching.
• I don’t prescribe change—I help clients discover it from within.
• Clients often say: “I feel seen, I feel safe, and I can finally breathe.”
My gift is “knowing.” I listen not just to what’s said, but to what’s beneath it. My presence allows others to be completely authentic—no masks, no judgment. In a world of superficial solutions, this is rare and deeply needed.
What Makes Empowered Life Unique
Empowered Life is my answer to a broken healthcare system. After years of witnessing patients pushed through a one-size-fits-all, “pill first” medical model, I knew a better way was possible—one where people are empowered, not prescribed.
This is not “healthcare.” It’s life care.
